1. Who we are

goalmerch.com is operated by GoalMerch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office [registered office address], VAT number [VAT number]. Contact us at hello@goalmerch.com.

2. Our products

We sell officially licensed football merchandise sourced from official licensees. We are an independent retailer, not an official club store, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any club. Product images are representative; small variations in colour and packaging can occur.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
  • When you place an order we authorise your card. We only take payment when your order is accepted for dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable, that amount is released and never charged.

4. Your order and our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted for dispatch. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you promptly and you will not be charged for it.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Great Britain. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our delivery page.

6. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your contract within 14 days of the day you receive the goods without giving a reason, and must return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return). We extend this to 30 days for change-of-mind returns. You pay the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrect. Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as pierced earrings) cannot be returned once unsealed. See our returns page.

7. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Discount codes and offers

Codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Complaints and law

Please tell us about any problem first: see our complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland you may bring proceedings in Scotland.
