Every order is sent tracked, straight from our licensed UK warehouse, with Royal Mail or UPS.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), including the Highlands and islands. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and international delivery are coming soon.
Dispatch and tracking
- Orders are checked and sent for packing every working day.
- We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
- Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Bank holidays and peak periods can add a day or two.
- Large or heavy items, and orders over £80, travel by tracked courier at no extra cost to you.
Christmas
We show the last recommended order date for Christmas delivery on our product pages from November. Order early in December to be safe.
Parcel not arrived?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
